Workpackage Manager (m/f) Marine Operations and Installations Offshore
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end planning of offshore logistics and installation projects (as subproject manager contributing to an offshore project)
- Develop, compare and evaluate various logistics and installation concepts
- Direct logistics and installation project from initial concept stage to detailed planning with internal and external resources
- Compile documentation and subsequently present it to both project and site management
- Assign and coordinate subtasks such as design of hoisting and transportation equipment
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Several years of experience in planning complex installation and logistics projects
- Relevant experience in managing project teams
- Knowledge and hands-on experience relating to Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
- Independent, results-oriented approach, complemented by confidence and team spirit
- Proven problem-solving skills as well as planning and organisational skills
- Well-developed analytical capabilities
- Appreciation of the dynamic nature of the offshore wind power market and the associated changes that may be required at a corporate level
- Willingness to travel
