My client is a highly successful provider of technical training to the wind turbine industry. With more than 26 years of experience in the wind sector, they have developed innovative technical training concepts for all levels of experience, offering a broad range of customised training courses, including on-site training courses tailored to their customers specific needs regarding their experience and the type of wind turbines they are working with.

They are looking for an experienced wind turbine engineer to join their team and contribute to their rapid growth within the market. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an already established and unique business with ambitions on a global scale, with plans in motion for expansion throughout Europe, Australia and the USA.

Position Overview:

As a highly skilled engineer with at least 5 years experience working with wind turbines, you will be giving technical training on the operation of wind turbines to a wide range of clients with varying degrees of experience on a global scale.

Responsibilities:-

• ·         Providing technical training on the operation of wind turbines
• ·         Providing wind turbine maintenance to clients
• ·         Providing instruction and advice on the operation of various different wind turbines
• ·         Offering open class training at selected locations and dates throughout Europe
• ·         Providing In-house training at client locations world wide
• ·         Working with the company’s clients and technicians whilst passing on your extensive knowledge and understanding of the wind sector

Education:-

• ·         Must have a strong academic background with a degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil) or a related discipline.

Core Requirements:-

• ·         At least 5 years experience working with wind turbines
• ·         An exceptional understanding of the wind sector
• ·         An exceptional understanding of various different types of wind turbines
• ·         Experience working with both large global clients and smaller businesses
• ·         Career driven
• ·         Ability to work with clients of varying degrees of knowledge and experience with wind turbine
