Role Summary/Purpose: The Wind Services Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Income Statement Analyst will:
Essential Responsibilities - Prepare financial analysis for the Global Wind Services P&L including stream and regional profitability, Sales and CM variance drivers, productivity analysis, etc
- Drive preparation, data consolidation, and analysis for major planning sessions including Growth Playbook, SII and OP Plan
- Develop financial estimates for quarterly DR95 submissions
- Manage weekly R&O process and communicate forecast changes to Renewables HQ
- Support creation of quarterly results packages and help prepare other leadership presentations as needed
- Submit required DRs to Renewables and P&W HQs – provide other ad hoc analytics as needed
- Drive meaningful financial analysis to identify key business drivers & levers to support business decision making
- Drive Field Service labor productivity analysis and recommend appropriate staffing adjustments
- Analyze warranty liquidation trends and estimates – assist with resource planning
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance
