Role Summary/Purpose: The Wind Customer Fulfillment Leader develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you are responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities - Provide leadership role for key duties / initiatives for the External Parts Fulfillment and Sales team such as open order and backorder management, returns, customer profile maintenance, and REstore support
- Provide back-up to colleagues leading other critical duties / initiatives with respect EDI, Sales quoting, Order Management, and Receivables
- Responsible for fulfillment execution, coordination and communication of all OTR (Order to Remittance) activities relating to part orders
- Work quickly, accurately, and effectively to resolve customer issues and affect long term solutions as required
- Provide leadership to enhance customer relationships and fidelity
- Communicate the appropriate internal functions of all processes that need to be implemented or improved to give better customer service
- Maintain, enhance, and drive improvement of the customer service metrics
- Provide support to internal and external cross-functional teams and customers in support of Lean and Customer Satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Renewables spare parts sales, fulfillment or other related functional areas
