Water Consultant, ‘Engineering meets Economy’

This internationally recognised engineering consultancy, specialises in a number of key areas including water and environment, transport and civil infrastructure.

Over the last two years, their business has seen significant growth within the Asia Pacific region with an aim to continue this growth until 2010/11. As a result of this growth, we are currently seeking applicants with an ability to merge engineering knowledge and financial/commercial analysis.
 
Reporting to the Regional Director  of the Water division, this role requires you to:

•    Engage with private and government clients
•    Help develop great solutions to great challenges
•    Contribute to water price reviews
•    Contribute to operational audits
•    Perform due diligence reporting
•    Develop and assess sustainable water cycle management solutions, asset management plans, Integrated Water Cycle Management (IWCM) projects, demand management systems, water accounting and other water cycle related projects.
 
You will be degree qualified in engineering and/or economics or similar, and have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in areas such as water and wastewater projects, policy development or review, water regulation, auditing, asset management or water demand management.   You will have project management skills and be experienced in commercial consulting including preparation and presentation of proposals.
