£14,233 - £14,982 pro rata

22.5 Hours per week, fixed-term contract for 9 months

The Caerlaverock Centre is looking to recruit a hardworking and conscientious individual to assist with the development and day-to-day operation of the reserve and visitor services. Whilst working on the reserve you will be required to use agricultural machinery and power tools and work with the tenant farmers and graziers to ensure appropriate regimes are implemented. You will also assist with the operation of formal and non-formal education services and scientific research, survey and monitoring programmes.

You will be educated to higher grade/A-level standard or equivalent and have agricultural/land management experience. A chainsaw certificate is desirable.
