Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work on one of the largest wet grassland restoration projects in the country. Otmoor is over 394ha of wet grassland and reedbed set in the heart of Oxfordshire. The post holder will assist in the management of the wet grassland, reedbed, hedgerows and infrastructure, manage an active volunteer team and coordinate monitoring programmes. You will be able to work under your own initiative, an understanding of health and safety, have good communication, project planning skills and experience of land management in reserve situation.
