Description
To be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day management of the Havergate Island nature reserve, to deliver RSPB conservation and people engagement objectives. This will include the responsibility for the effective and efficient management and leadership of the volunteer team so that RSPB conservation and people engagement objectives are achieved. The postholder will also assist in the management of the Snape, Boyton & Hollesley Marshes and Butley River reserves. Applicants should be educated to at least A level or equivalent with at least three years reserve management experience.
