Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated people to join the team. You will contribute to the development and implementation of capabilities and processes necessary to support current and future regulatory functions of the Division. As regulatory initiatives progress, responsibilities may change to ensure that Departmental needs are met. Therefore the successful candidate must be able to work as a team member in a high pressure environment with shifting priorities.

As a general guide duties may include:

1. Assist in the development and operation of policies and regulatory business processes

2. Develop relationships with Government and industry stakeholders.

3. Undertake research and analysis and contribute to the development of guidance materials.

4. Assist in the drafting and coordination of high quality written materials including; briefs, ministerial correspondence, fact sheets, guidelines, web material, presentations and procedural documents.

5. Contribute to Section and Branch planning and management initiatives, and performance improvement activities.
