Transportation Planner - CEQA / NEPA

Environmental Transportation Planning Associate

Sequence is seeking an Environmental Transportation Planner / Engineer to provide project management duties and principal technical investigations for various complex transportation projects within California.

The ideal individual would have at least 7+ years of experience in performing transportation planning and/or engineering studies within small to large CEQA / NEPA documentation projects.  Candidates must have abilities to develop and review technical documentation, lead task assignments, assist in the engagement of relations with clients, sub consultants and the public, as well as, keep up to date on new developments in technical traffic / transportation and other related CEQA ,NEPA and environmental regulations.

Requires a degree in Environmental Planning, Engineering or related discipline. Registration is a California Professional Engineer. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Candidates should be proficient in HCS, Traffix, and Synchro software usage.
