Transport Coordinator, Region EMEA (72006)

As a Transport Coordinator you will contribute to the planning and execution of transport projects to various destinations in the EMEA region.

More specifically, your assignments will cover:

• Contributing to the execution of project transports including ocean freight and transport of containers as well as the organization and execution of route surveys and site inspections

• Following up on return cargo and transport equipment from different sites in cooperation with the regional o offices and the Global Transport Equipment team

• Issuing pro forma invoices and packing lists

• Handling claims

• Handling orders in SAP

Your Profile

You have a freight forwarding education and minimum 2 years of experience in the

area of logistics and/or transportation area which you have gained within the wind or

ocean freight business. In your former position you have gained experience in vessel

management and the handling of international heavy load transports. Furthermore,

you possess relevant knowledge of export control and customs, and you have some understanding of contract and claim management. As a person, you are proactive and you are able to create and maintain an overview of complex tasks. You thrive in an international environment and you are a dedicated team player. Additionally, you are an experienced user of SAP and Microsoft Office, and you possess advanced English skills both orally and in writing.
