Description
1. Set up and optimize training system; consolidate and optimize orientation package to enable new employees to become familiar with business, policy and culture.
2. Be responsible for training needs analysis, courses designing & sourcing, courses delivery and evaluation & track.
3. Sourcing the best resources for using internal and external training
4. Communicate and market training programs to ensure there is high business awareness and commitment to investment.
5. Develop training frameworks to support line management requirements and conduct courses as appropriate as well as lead e-learning.
6. As a consultant to the line trainer program to select and develop appropriate people, skill and monitor training standards and activities.
7. Assist to set up internal trainer system and implementation
8. Make clear training records for tracking and employee development
9. Set up and improve China development system
10. Be responsible for staff development issues (career path model for diversified job families, high potentials identification and development, succession plan, etc.)
11.Responsible for building up the competency framework and appropriate assessment tools for analyzing skills-set gaps so as to design appropriate intervention process to facilitate improvement, growth and development of high potential employee
12. Set up and maintain database of succession planning
13. Lead and consult for employee development dialogue to ensure development plan be made per business needs and employee development desire and analyze all records
14. Manage development programs to ensure people's continuous development for performance requirements associated
 
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years related experience in Training & Development
3. Excellent presentation skills and teaching ability
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
5. Good project management ability
6. Good linguistic proficiency of English and software skills
