Uttarakhand Forest Department with the assistance of Wildlife Protection Society of India, seized three leopard skins and arrested three persons on 22nd July 2011 at Bageshwar district. One of the accused is a repeat offender and was out on bail, he was earlier arrested by police with three leopard skins on 29th April 2011.
