Thin film solar process engineer, Arizona, USA

My client is a global semiconductor company based in the US and they are looking to expand their activities in the solar PV market. Because of this they are looking to add a thin film solar PV process engineer to their team in Arizona.

Responsibilities include:

• Cost reduction
• Increase efficiency of processes
• Work as part of a team to find new ways to improve processes
• Deal with any HSE issues alongside the HSE manager
• Working on fabrication projects

Skills and qualifications needed:

• Ideally a PhD in physics
• 3-4 years’ experience working as a process engineer in the thin film space
• Legal right to work in the US via citizenship, visa, green card etc
• Excellent team work skills
• Passionate about attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines and lead when necessary
