Position Summary: 

The Human Resources Assistant, Recruitments will provide general support to the HR Department, with a particular focus on recruitment-related activities.

Responsibilties: 
  • Provide general assistance with all recruitment-related activities;
  • Post recruitments externally;
  • Maintain personnel inbox, sort applicant resumes and save electronically;
  • Assist in reviewing resumes and selecting applicants for prescreening interviews;
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating preliminary and in-person interviews;
  • Conduct preliminary telephone interviews as needed;
  • Assist in editing and reviewing position announcements and other documents for new recruitments as needed;
  • Conduct reference checks for selected applicants;
  • Maintain records and files pertaining to recruitments;
  • Update and maintain the database of recruitment sites and assist with researching new sites;
  • Process invoices for HR-related expenses;
  • Assist HR Manager, Manager of Benefits & Compensation, and  International HR Manager with ad hoc projects and day-to-day HR-related requests;
  • Assist HR Associate with special projects and community life activities such as staff gatherings and purchasing gifts and supplies; and
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • 3-4 years HR experience, with an emphasis on recruitment activities;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Superb interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting; and
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and internet).
Salary: 

Commensurate with experience.
