Goals/Mission:
Deliver technical training to Siemens and third party staff (L2-7 training).
Working Partners/Contacts:
Working within training team. Reports to Training Officer. Close interface with Training Administrator and other training functions UK/DK/Global.
Tasks:
Deliver technical related training to a high standard to support business needs. Participate and contribute in the theoretical and practical development and planning of technical training. Contribute to the further development of regional training materials and hardware. Participate in development projects in cooperation with HQ.
Knowledge/Languages:
Understanding and willingness to learn technical training techniques. Experience with mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems, ideally WTG technician background. Prevouse experience as an instructor useful.
Experience:
General understanding of technical within an industrial environment. Wind turbine maintenance experience is an advantage. Must be physically fit and prepared to travel extensively. Previous experience of instructor role. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to control and direct a group. Good presentation skills and credibility as a trainer. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with Siemens colleagues.
