Your responsibilities: As our Intern, you will support our local Technical Customer Service Engineer with a variety of tasks including dealing with customers, processing and following through on service claims via a database, manage enquiries and updates files and other records, expediting and sharing claims reports and schedules as well as other responsibilities and project and administrative work. The internship will last for six (6) months.
Who we are looking for: You have successfully completed a technical or engineering degree within the last few months. You do not need any specific customer service experience instead we are looking for someone who has a willingness to learn and develop technical attitude necessary to perform duties You are also well organized, self sufficient with a motivated and responsible attitude to your work. You like working in a team within an international environment. You have a great interest in Renewable Energies and are opening to traveling within Italy from time to time. Fluent English and Italian as well as computer literacy will round off your profile.
