ERM’s Sustainability, Energy & Climate Change Business is at an exciting period in our growth plans, and we are now looking for an experienced and well-respected consultant to join our team. Based within one of our Australian offices (Melbourne preferred, other locations considered), you will join a respected global team and continue to develop the Australian Sustainability, Energy and Climate Change practice which comprises of projects throughout Australia and overseas.  Your time will be spent working in the areas of sustainability reporting, sustainability strategy and climate change as a key contributor in a team of specialists. Tasks will include business development within the local and national market, report preparation, project scoping, client / stakeholder liaison and playing a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects.
 
Key attributes we are seeking for this role include:
• More than 10 years consulting and/or industry experience ideally specialising in sustainability and related areas of work,
• Provision of leadership to ERM’s existing team members
• Proven ability for strategic thinking and the development and implementation of business plans that drive growth.
• Client-facing approach with a strong Business Development and client management focus – a proven track record in Business Development will be well regarded.
