Sustainability Consultant, Southeast of England

My client is a prominent sustainability and energy efficiency  consultancy. They are looking to hire a practised sustainability consultant with a strong advisory background. The ideal candidate will be technically gifted and have an in-depth understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency processes. You will also be able to relate such complex processes to c-level clients with no previous knowledge of sustainability functions. My client is keen to see candidates with the ability to use primary analysis to select and impact the most rewarding and efficient sustainability imitative for a particular project. This role will suit an ambitious yet technically gifted sustainability expert who can manage the growth of an exciting team of carbon procurement specialists.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• ·         Composing complete sustainability plans and initiatives
• ·         Working with c-level clients to coordinate the implementation of sustainability and energy efficiency policies
• ·         Managing a team of dedicated sustainability consultants working on a variety of complex projects across Europe
• ·         Overlook the supply chain sustainability efforts for a variety of clients
• ·         Deliver the whole sustainability initiatives over an extended period of time.

Requirements:

• 5 + years in sustainability and energy efficiency
• Extensive Project leadership experience
• Supply chain sustainability exposure
• Able to work in a multi-project environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
