You will be joining the Performance and Standards Unit team to assist with administrative affairs as well as some project support such as:
- To support organizing logistics before, during and after in-person and virtual meetings.
- To support workflows related to contracts and invoice management.
- To assist in the administering and handling of information requests by stakeholders.
- To support to the preparation and launch of public consultations, and to the analysis of feedback received.
- To support research on relevant topics (reviewing and analysing documents, gathering data from internal or external data sources, etc.).
- To save and track information in databases
