Structured Carbon Sales - German Market

Expanding Hedge Fund focusing on Carbon Markets are looking for a Structured Carbon sales person to come on board to focus on the huge compliance markets with an emphasis on Germany, potentially looking at other EU countries as well. You will be involved in spot, forward, structured transactions on all carbon credits such as CER, EUA, ERU, VER and RGGI credits.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years structured sales experience, either on Carbon or other Energy commodities. Ideally you will have worked in a banking environment, and have a portable client base (within reason). Solid relationship building skills are paramount in this role to gain access to serious buyers. you must be either native, or near native German speaking.

The location is London, with extensive travel to Germany / Europe. If necessary, it could be possible to be based in Germany.
