Position: Staff Quality Engineer

Location: Qidong, Jiangsu, China
Responsibilities:
1. Review production lines to assure proper use of control plans and process sheet.
2. Review and diagnoses defective material rejected during manufacturing process. Identify the need for corrective action.
3. Provide customer support on existing programs and new programs.
4. Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others to motivate and elicit work output.
5. Track and manage measures assigned in the plant.
6. Practice and promote safe work practices throughout the plant.
7. Promote team concepts and participate in advanced project teams.
8. Understand and follow Company policies and practices and any other legal requirements.
9. Must be an active participant in achieving and maintaining quality goals and continuous improvement activities.
10. Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years quality assurance experience in mechanical or electronics industry, PV industry experience a plus.
2. Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
3. Knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and problem solving.
4. Good interpersonal skills and a cheerful disposition.
5. Must be able to work independently and structured.
6. Good Chinese and English language skills, both speaking and writing.
