Position: Sr. Sourcing Supervisor (International)
Department: Supply Chain Dept
Location: Qidong, Jiangsu, China
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a sourcing supervisor, responsible for sourcing and developing suppliers, assist line manager to complete various sourcing goals.
2. To plan, guide, coordinate raw materials, productions and service of suppliers’ development.
3. Insight into the industry market price to reduce the sourcing cost effectively.
4. Responsible for reviewing the payment and providing the sourcing cost report.
5. To standardize, coordinate sourcing policy, in order to insure company’s interest.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in foreign trade, administration, English, semi-conductor.
2. More than 5 years experience in sourcing.
3. Familiar with the market price of silicon materials, solar cells, and their quality standard and suppliers.
4. Familiar with sourcing procedure and related quality control system.
5. English communication skills, strong negotiating and coordinating capabilities, team spirit.
6. Honest, strong sense of responsibility.
