Sequence is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Planner to manage and prepare CEQA/NEPA environmental documents related to ports and community development projects throughout southern California. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of CEQA/NEPA experience in managing community development and maritime / port related infrastructure projects. This would include extensive technical experience in dealing with federal and state regulatory agencies, overseeing and preparing CEQA related environmental / planning studies and reports for projects up to 5 million in scope. Responsibilities will include assuming a leadership role in providing project management, marketing and business development /client management. Tasked specifically to develop and manage community development project teams, scopes, schedules, and budgets; while fostering client relationships to expand the community / port project portfolio. Requires a bachelors in Environmental or Urban Planning, Biology, or related discipline. MS degree desired. Prior experience working on Port / Maritime Related projects a plus to consideration.
