Robust understanding of energy efficiency, low carbon technologies (LCTs), Net-Zero initiatives, and decarbonization techniques within industries/MSMEs.

Provide hands-on support in implementing energy conservation measures across industries, MSMEs, and commercial establishments.

Conduct comprehensive technology assessment studies focusing on energy and environmental performance across diverse industrial sectors.

Create dissemination materials and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives among industry stakeholders through workshops, seminars, and targeted training programs.

Contribute valuable insights on the transfer and diffusion of energy-efficient and environmentally sound technologies within the industrial sector.

Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic decision-making.
Other relevant areas:

Lead project delivery on specific deliverables / engagements assigned by the Supervisor, within stipulated timeline, stretching when needed.

Manage a team of 3-5 professionals, overseeing both project-specific tasks and man-management responsibilities Demonstrate expertise in writing reports, making presentations, number-crunching & graphics/visualization.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Required Skills and Abilities:
Education: Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Energy engineering. Candidates must be a certified Energy Auditors/Managers.
Other requirements: Only candidates willing to travel (20-30%) should apply. Candidates should have good writing skills in English.
Experience: 8-10 years in a relevant field is required. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in conducting energy audits, technology assessment studies, low carbon technology assessment, and electrification of thermal processes. Candidates currently employed in energy departments within large industries, possessing a comprehensive understanding of energy issues in the industrial sector, are also encouraged to apply.
