My client is a rapidly expanding solar thermal business looking for a recent graduate or experienced mechanical engineer to join their new European team in the south of France as a solar thermal engineer. This is an exciting long-term career opportunity to join an expanding global Solar Thermal business within the EU market.
Core Criteria: As a thermal engineer for my client you will be required to work closely with the technical team, providing technical support to a distribution network that represents my clients products. A key part of the role will be the training of new distributers and dealers in the installation of my clients products, along with taking part in R&D projects and product certification. Experience in solar is not a requirement as full training will be provided and neither is fluency in French, but experience in or a passion for renewable energies is a must.
Responsibilities:-
- · Providing technical support to the distribution network
- · Training of new dealers and distributers on the installation of my clients products
- · Assisting the already established network and adding value via your experience
- · Take part in R&D (Research & Development) projects
- · Carrying out product performance and quality assurance tests
- · Further establishing my clients already substantial business within Europe
- · Performing maintainance and upkeep of my clients products
- · Liasing with my clients other offices in the USA, Australia and China
Education:-
- · Must have strong engineering background/degree in any related discipline.

- · HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) knowledge
