Solar Technical PV Project Manager, London

My client is a leading renewable energy services company that is a recognised market leader in design, implementation and installation of both commercial and residential renewable energy projects.  Due to strong and sustained growth of the solar division, they are currently looking to hire a technical solar PV project manager to front their commercial operations.

The successful candidate will need to have experience in the solar market as they will have responsibility across a range of projects, ranging from circa 2kw - 3mw. The project manager will liaise with clients and play a lead role in the full project lifecycle, from inception, through delivery and execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the installation if solar PV in a number of sites
• Carry out installation of the solar PV systems when required
• Work alongside other employees on the installation sites to ensure smooth operations
• Explain designs to clients where necessary

Skills and qualifications needed:

• At least 4 years in the solar industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A passion for the Solar PV Industry
• An engineering background
• Full driving license
• The ability to travel
• The ability to work and live in the UK
