Solar Sourcing Manager, Beijing, China

My client is the fastest growing solar product manufacturer manufacturing ingot, wafer, solar cell and solar module products, with distribution channels spanning across Europe and Asia. Due to their rapid growth are looking for a sourcing manager in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:-

• Customer sourcing & developing and commercial negotiation
• Gathering and analyzing market information and market information feedback
• Establish and maintain good relationships with key accounts
• Formulate market strategy and implement sales programs
• Identify potential customers and proactively identify new business opportunities
• Guide and motivate sales team to achieve set sales target
• Supervise commercial operations for major projects, covering quotation, bidding and negotiations
• Work with commercial and technical functions to effectively support customers and distributors
• Maximize revenues and profitability
• Improve customer service

Requirements:-

• You will have at least 2-5 years, with an excellent track record
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• You MUST speak Mandarin and English
• Must have strong educational background (MBA would be desirable)
• Solar PV experience(Desirable)
