Description

My client is a leading manufacturer of electronic products within Europe. They focusing on expanding their renewable energy market within Italy. This is due to increased demand for their solar products through quality recognition and market expansion.

Core Criteria: My client required a solar photovoltaic central inverter Sales Engineer to work in the Italy area selling to suppliers, installers and developers.

Responsibilities:

  • ·         This position will involve travelling within the Italian region in order to attract new business for the solar company
  • ·         Utilisation of expertise in the field in order to explain the complicated and technical side of the inverters that are manufactured by my client
  • ·         You will be required to developed relationships with new clients, negotiate and carry through the business process including pricing and terms and conditions
  • ·         Train the customers on the product (inverters) in order for them to best promote and utilize the company product
  • ·         Close deals with clients within the framework of the companies requirements while ensuring the happiness of the client
  • ·         Perform to the highest standard in order to encourage brand awareness and quality awareness for the company

Education

You will have an Electrical engineering degree preferably a MSc

Core Requirements:-

  • ·         At least 3+ years’ post-degree experience in the solar PV electrical market
  • ·         Experience in a sales role preferably within the Solar PV market
  • ·         Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • ·         Speak and write Italian to native level: advanced spoken and written English
  • ·         Able and willing to live and work in Northern Italy

  • ·         Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results
  • ·         Strong presentation skills
  • ·         A desire to work in a target driven role
