My client is one of the fastest growing Chinese solar module manufacturers globally and have a very strong business plan and balance sheet, with distribution channels spanning across North America, Europe and Asia. As part of their expansion into the growing UK solar PV market are looking to recruit a sales manager to oversee module sales in the UK.
Core Criteria: My client is looking to recruit a sales manager to oversee their sales operations across the UK. The sales manager will be responsible for driving sales in the UK PV market.
Responsibilities:-
- · Seeking new customers for market
- · Pay visits to our clients on a monthly or even 2-week bases
- · Conduct intensive follow up and meetings with new clients
- · Establish good relationships with customers as to enhance customer loyalty
- · Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecasts and performance goals to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- · Conduct trainings and sales events
- · Lead business development activities
- · Cooperate with marketing to build the brand image
- · Will be expected to proactively source new clientele and generate new revenue streams
- · Negotiating terms and closing deals
Education:-
- · Must have strong educational background (engineering, economics or business background)
Core Requirements:-
- You will have at least 3-5 years of sales experiecne, with a track recording in driving sales
- You will have at least 1-3 years renewabale energy sales experience, with a track record in selling solar products( wafer, ingots, modules and/or inveters)
- · Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results
- · Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
General Requirements:-
- · Proficient with making impactful presentations
- · Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities
- Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies
Key Skills:-
- Solar PV, negotiations experience, sales experience, solar product (wafers, ingots, modules and/or inveters) and sales experience
