Solar PV Sales Manager, London

My client is a UK based designer and installer of residential and commercial solar PV systems. They are an exciting growth company on course to hit £1m turnover in its second year of operating and having doubled its sales every six months since it was founded in 2007. The clinet is currently looking for someone to promote sales within the company. They are looking for a technical and personable sales manager with experience in Solar PV sales in the UK.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the development of new business acquisition to drive sales
• Have the ability to bring immediate sales
• Build brand recognition in the Solar sector globally
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to operational and technical personnel
• Execution in site management
• Explaining the PV solar designs to clients

Skills and qualifications needed:

• Background in Electrical Engineering or low carbon
• Sales experience in electrical engineering solar PV context
• Passionate about the photovoltaic industry
• General knowledge of different types of solar PV modules and systems
• The ability to travel throughout the UK
• The ability to work in the UK
