Based in the south of France E.ON Climate & Renewables France Solar (EC&R France Solar) is a “start-up spirit company” and a business unit of E.ON Climate & Renewables, one of world leader in Renewable Energies market. EC&R France Solar is dedicated to PV ground based projects in France. In 2009 we built our 1st PV farm project in France and we plan to build around 200 MW of PV project in France until 2015 (around 5% of the French PV market), which represents more than half a billion Euros of investments.
Looking for and developing a portfolio of projects in the field of photovoltaic solar energy on the whole national territory, from origination to purchase of ready to build projects.
Managing relationship with territory, lands owners and local authorities during the development, construction and operation phase.
Selecting technical and commercial subcontractors and managing them during the development phase in close relationship to the procurement department.
Drafting technical documents required by national, regional and local authorities in order to obtain building and operating authorizations.
Preparing technical documents relating to grid connections (ERDF, RTE), following the grid connection development with ERDF and/or RTE in relationship with the Construction Department located in Milano (Italy).
Modeling preliminary projects in terms of layout, lands availability, grid connection availability and financial model, including CAPEX estimation, OPEX estimation, feasibility and profitability.
Performing periodical reports of general investigation and analysis over solar pv market changes, competitors development and activities, power prices and incentive scenarios.
Qualifications
Engineering and/or electrical studies or equivalent education
3 to 5 years of developing projects experience, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector
Very good negotiating skills
Keen to take responsibility
Intercultural awareness and strong team orientation
French fluent; Good English level (read, written, spoken); Italian is a plus
