Solar PV Project Manager, Italy, €40k +

Solar PV project manager is required in Italy on a permanent basis.

My client is a growing solar project developing firm with a proven track record across the European and Asian solar PV markets. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established yet continually growing company on a managerial level.

CORE CRIETRIA:

My client is actively looking for a project manager to overlook the installation of utility and commercial scale projects in Italy and then in India. My client is keen to see candidates who have extensive site management skills and who can adapt easily to different cultural settings. The ideal candidate will have managed a large group of engineers from the initial project stages right through to the completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a group of talented engineers on large, complex solar PV installation projects
• Work hand in hand with the project director to ensure that the project is progressing in a timely and cost effective way
• Direct the progress of the project using the specifications provided by project design engineers
• Oversee the project design engineers in evaluating and modifying the site plans as the project commands
• Ensure that all local engineers are clear on the project objectives and are able to efficiently work to complete the project as planned.

Requirements:

• Solar PV project management experience
• Electrical engineering background
• 4+ years in Solar PV space
• Excellent organisation and leadership skills
• Technically minded yet goal orientated
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
