Description

My client is the fastest growing solar product manufacturer manufacturing ingot, wafer, solar cell and solar module products, with distribution channels spanning across North America, Europe and Asia. As part of their expansion across Europe, they are looking for an experienced sales manager to develop their business across Europe.

 

Responsibilities:-

 

  • Responsible for the CEE( with a focus on the Czech, German and Italian markets)
  • Seeking new customers for the market
  • Conduct intensive follow ups and meetings with new clients
  • Establish good relationships with customers as to enhance customer loyalty
  • Define price strategy for current and new products and help meet the corporate target gross margins
  • Serve as primary contact to key accounts
  • Manage executive level relationships with customer and drive sales within accounts
  • Develop strategic corporate account plans and lead plan implementation across divisions
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals

Requirements:-

  • You will have at least 5 years of solar photovoltaic (PV) module sales experience, with an excellent track record
  • Must have strong educational background (Business Studies or similar dicispline, makreting or economics, MBA would be desirable)
  • Excellent distributional channels within the CEE region
  • Experience in leading a team( strong advantage )
  • Excellent understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) module sales
  • Willing to travel to meet clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to handle high work pressure and meet quarterly revenues and profit targets set by the company
  • Must sepak fluent German(Italian, Czech, Mandarin, French and/or Spanish very beneficial)
