Solar Photovolatic (PV) Project Engineer, Munich, Germany

My client is a leading developer and operator of Solar Photovoltaic Projects, developing projects throughout the European market.

Responsibilities:-

• Inverter and Mains connection concepts as well as construction period plans and match lists
• Planning and control of the necessary safety precautions (messages at assembly insurance, safety devices etc.)
• Production of technical detail designs
• Designed PV system from preliminary steps to completion for commercial projects; single-line diagram, inverter selection, electrical layouts, short circuit analysis, modules and strings calculation with wire selection and protection system
• Analyse life cycle cost (LCC) for PV systems by considering technical, geographical and meteorological factors
• Performed technical and economic calculation for PV projects investment and money return flow charts
• Optimized module choice and roof filling factors depends on sun position of the year and tilted angle of PV modules

Requirements:-

• At least 3-5 years relevant technical experience
• Must have solar photovoltaic (PV) installation experience  
• Must have a strong educational background (Master Degree in electrical engineering desirable)
• Proven track record within this area

• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and detecting realistic solutions
• Very good knowledge in AutoCad
• Knowledge in the production construction period plans (pro plan)
• Willingness to travel
• Must speak fluent German
