Solar Cell Photo Resist Engineer, West Coast, USA

My client is a manufacturer and developer of high efficiency photovoltaic (PV) cells using crystalline silicon and are establishing manufacturing plants globally. As part of their expansion they are looking for a strong engineer with experience in investigating and applying photo resist processes and techniques on solar cell technology.

This is a chance for an experienced and knowledgeable individual in the field to take an integral role within a rapidly expanding organization with a solid foundation to build the company to be a market leader in solar PV cell efficiency.

CORE CRITERIA
My client is seeking an individual with a strong knowledge of photo resist technology and processes in solar cells so as to improve the efficiency of the overall product.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with photo resist materials on a daily basis
• You will be managing the lamination and baking of silicon solar cells
• By optimizing surface treatment, control pattern dimension
• Carry out in depth work on the developer and striper processes

Key Skills: Solar PV, Crystalline Silicon Cell and or Module, Semiconductor, Photo Resist Technology

Requirements:

• Must educated to MSc or PhD level in chemistry, or chemical engineering
• Will have 3-5 years manufacturing experience in a photo resist environment
• Extensive experience in the lamination of silicon solar cells
• Will be based on the West Coast of America
• Be willing to travel nationally and internationally when required
