My client is a leading Chinese, vertically integrated solar cell and module manufacturer with a global business base. They are currently looking for a business development manager to bring on board in their San Francisco office.

 

Position Overview

My client is looking for a strong business development manager who has displayed sparks of ingenuity and potential to work in their office n San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in the field and take a significant steps up the career ladder. You will be expected to support the sales team and identify new areas and markets in which to drive the business and generate income.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • ·         Engage new clients and develop relationships with strategic clients
  • ·         Develop strategies and execute to generate revenue growth.
  • ·         Ensure all deals meet revenue and margin expectations.
  • ·         Support the sales team in by analyzing and prioritizing key clients
  • ·         Conduct in depth market analysis so as to identify new market potential
  • ·         Attend trade shows and visit clients
  • ·         Effectively respond to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
  • ·         Develop and coordinates executive presentations.  
  • ·         Focuses on account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.

 

Education:

  • ·         Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field

 

Core Requirements:

  • ·         3 years working in business development within a B2B environment
  • ·         Minimum of 18months experience in the solar PV industry
  • ·         Experience in working across international markets
  • ·         Extensive experience in the development and execution of business/market strategies
  • ·         Be able to work autonomously and efficiently
  • ·         Must be eligible to work in San Francisco without restriction currently
  • ·         Able to work and communicate with high profile clients in the business and financial sectors

  • ·         Fluent in English
  • ·         Strong Business acumen
