Site Support Manager & Operator. Wismar, Germany

My client is a renowned wind turbine manufacturer with an in depth knowledge of onshore multi-megawatt turbines

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 technical support and fault analysis to optimise the performance of the turbine availability.

Responsibilities:

• ·         24/7 monitoring of wind turbines
• ·         Provide technical and site support
• ·         Identifying potential faults before they occur
• ·         Optimise turbine performance
• ·         Managing and training of onsite technical engineers
• ·         Use SCADA system to analyse data for fault prevention

Education:

Strong technical engineering degree

Core Requirements:-

• ·         Fluent in English (oral + written)
• ·         Minimum 3 years experience within the wind industry
• ·         Experience in troubleshooting of wind turbines
• ·         Shift working

General Requirements:-

• ·         Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
• ·         Pro efficient user of Microsoft applications
• ·         Good problem solving skills
• ·         Ability to work towards strict deadlines and produce high quality concise reports
• ·         Work well as part of a team
