We are looking for a Site Planner for the Offshore Site Execution department within our expanding Offshore business segment. You will be based at our new competency center in Vejle, Denmark, when the entire Offshore region moves out of Brande, Denmark, by December 2011.

Work Assignments

As a Site Planner you will be responsible for managing and forecasting manpower requests for projects on-site with a mind for local, country specific HSE rules and regulations. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:

• Liaising with Installation Project Managers on manpower requests

• Securing that sufficient manpower, both white and blue collar, is allocated to a given project

• Establishing and implementing internal agreement for each project

• Acting as single point of contact between the department and the particular project

• Ensuring constant improvement of deliverables from the site planning organization as well as being responsible for identifying possible improvement projects and raising such to the management team

Your Profile

You have a technical background as an electrician, mechanic or similar, combined with forecasting and resource planning experience, preferably as a production planner within an international company. As a person you are proactive and detail-oriented, and you have a process-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills. Besides, you are a dedicated team player and a skilled communicator capable of collaborating with people at all levels. In addition, you have excellent English skills both orally and in writing.
