Support the Asset Manager in achieving the strategic plans and objectives relating to the generation assets of the Greenwich Lake Wind Farm. |

Manage safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the generation assets, in accordance with agreed operating plans and budgets. |

Ongoing investigation and analysis of asset performance; identifying opportunities to reduce downtime and maximize generation. |

Produce routine O&M reports. |
5. |
Review invoices and advise the Asset Manager of short to medium term forecasted costs and changes in spend against budget. |

Manage operational aspects of power purchase agreements. |
7. |
On-site safety, security and environmental management and compliance. |
8. |
Lead and attend regular weekly site safety meetings. |
9. |
Report regular and on time safety and environmental issues to head office. |
10. |
Complete site audits and inspections for safety and operation. |
11. |
Complete annual sub-contractor safety audits. |
12. |
Manage on-site subcontracts. |
13. |
Advance planning and control of site activities, Controlled Works and visits. |
14. |
Daily monitoring and analysis of the performance of sites. |
15. |
Work with construction teams during final phases to takeover and ensure close out of any outstanding construction issues. |

On call on a 24/7 basis to occasionally respond to urgent operational issues. |
17. |
Supervise timely park restarts after IESO plant outages / trips. |
18. |
Work with IESO and HONI as required. |
19. |
Work with maintenance contractors to ensure their safe and timely intervention attending to observed faults and trips. |
20. |
Oversee work on site by contractors, including turbine maintenance, crane activities, Electrical HV and civil works. |
21. |
Schedule and coordination of non-routine plant maintenance and upgrades. |
22. |
Work with client, landowner, community, local authority and other stakeholders. |
23. |
Attend regular meetings with turbine and HV contractors to discuss all O&M issues. |
24. |
Coordination of scheduled and unscheduled grid outages. |
25. |
Manage tracking of failures, alarms, downtime, maintenance and repairs, plant status and trends, and HSQE issues. |
26. |
Assist with upkeep of databases of faults and maintenance/performance issues. |
27. |
Alert the Asset Manager and Turbine Engineer of emerging faults, issues, maintenance, or retrofits required. |
28. |
Work with OEMs and engineering teams in respect of Defect Notifications and non-warranty investigations. |
29. |
Regular review, statistical analysis and evaluation of asset performance/status. |
30. |
Document the investigation of plant failures and shortfalls. |
31. |
Identify and appraise plant improvement opportunities |
32. |
Any other tasks as directed by the vice president of operations. |
