Site Manager (m/w) Offshore
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the erection of offshore wind turbines and logistic activities
- Responsible for personnel, quality assurance and documentation of work
- Prepare site and site organisation
- Compliance and observation of predefined processes under consideration of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Contribute to the technical preparation of method statements
Profile:
- Degree in Engineering, majoring in structural or mechanical Engineering or similar technical professional education
- Minimum of 5 years work experience preferably in a similar role, e.g. in construction, offshore or wind industry
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Experience in management and execution of construction sites
- Experience in wind energy sector is an advantage
- Fluent command of English
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, MS-Project, SAP, etc.
- Technical and business acumen as well as planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrable communication and negotiation skills, together with assertiveness
- Reliability, conscientiousness, initiative and ability to assume responsibility
- High degree of flexibility, loyalty and team spirit
- Appreciation of the dynamic nature of the offshore wind power market and the associated changes that may be required at a corporate level
- Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
- Ability to work at heights and offshore (extended level G 41)
