Within our Oil & Gas department in Leuven (Holsbeek), we’re currently looking for a Senior Project Manager.

- As a Senior Project Manager, you will follow up on the environmental status of the sites of our oil & gas clients in the Walloon and Brussels region as well as in Luxembourg.
- You are responsible for the design and coordination of several investigations & remedial action plans.
- You will organize and coordinate remediation work in the Walloon and Brussels region as well as in Luxembourg.
- You will be responsible for the coordination, communication & supervision of the subcontractors that work for URS.
- You will support, assist & coach junior staff members.
- You will keep contact with the authorities with regards to reports and new legislations.
 

Requirements: 

- You have a master degree in geology, geography, biology or bio engineer. Any other relevant qualifications or diplomas can be civil or industrial engineering or environmental sciences.

- You have a number of years of experience in the sector of environmental investigations. Having specific experience in the sector of Oil & Gas is an extra advantage.

- You have a good knowledge of the environmental legislations in the Walloon & Brussels Region. Knowledge of the environmental legislation in Luxembourg is an extra advantage.

- You are able to settle a network to the different authorities (BIM/IBGE , OWD) and to install and maintain a good and constructive relationship. You can organise and coordinate soil and groundwater investigations and remediation work.

- You are a teamplayer who likes to work in a young and motivated team. You are able to communicate both positive and negative issues in a constructive way.
