The Wetland Conservation team are looking for someone to lead the process of developing reserve management plans at WWT Centres in conjunction with site based staff and supported by staff within the Reserves Management Unit, contractors and volunteers. In addition the role will also be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of best practice habitat and species management at all WWT Centres.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard or equivalent with extensive and demonstrable experience of nature reserve management and/or management planning. They will also have experience of implementing monitoring systems and field work.
