Description
This specialist wind farm development company is looking for a senior project manager to lead all aspects of project management / development for projects throughout the US.Responsibilities include:·         Sourcing of new projects for mid-sized wind farms
  • Managing projects from concept to completion
  • Frequent client visits to landowners
  • Assessments of regulatory policy for site approval for wind developments
  • Managing all aspects of the projects – from contractors to equipment
Skills Required:·         A strong understanding of the commercial market (demand and trends) for clean power
  • Excellent project management experience – ideally within Wind
  • Knowledge of the environmental markets and experience of managing energy / power developments
  • Strong engineering background – BSc in Engineering (any discipline)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability and track-record of leading projects to completion
