The main function of this position is to provide technical input and leadership to the TRAFFIC Soutrheast Asia regional programme as well as managment of key projects. This role is focused on the management, implementation and delivery of projects, coordination and engagament with key partners from goverments, donors, NGO's and other relevant stakeholders, as well as oversight and supervision of staff and/or consultants. As such the senior programme officer s expected to be aware of the full breadth of TRAFFICs programmes.
