Location: Covering entire eastern England but Herts, Beds, Cambs, and Lincs primarily.

Sales team leaders.... could you set the world alight - and help to save nature?

The RSPB is looking for an ambitious membership sales team leader with a can-do attitude to drive growth within the eastern England region. 

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with proven leadership skills and face-to-face sales experience. Crucially, you will be target-driven and demonstrate energy and drive to build and make your team the best. Creativity and dynamism will be important as will patience and the ability to coach, mentor and nurture your team.

The postholder will need to be able to load and unload large and bulky displays and also work outside of normal office hours. The sites visited are not always served by public transport.

Salary

£19,000 to £22,000 pa
