Senior Low Carbon Analyst, Scotland

My client is a leading Scottish provider of research and analysis in decentralised energy and a growing range of other low carbon energy markets. They work in Europe, North America and Asia providing analysis and insight based on market knowledge.  

A position has become available for a Senior Low Carbon Analyst based out of Scotland.  Working as part of a very well respected team you will be expected to work autonomously on occasion and therefore will need to have previous experience of working as a Low Carbon analyst. The candidate must have at least five years experience in the renewable energy sector, with excellent business development expertise, innovative leadership skills and work with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Advise leaders in the energy industry and the finance markets
• Manage the development of new business acquirement and build brand recognition
• Manage and deliver consultancy projects in the carbon area
• Become an expert in low carbon
• Develop leadership skills

Skills and qualifications needed:

• Possess strong presentation and client facing skills
• Experience in project management
• General knowledge in the carbon sector
• The ability to work in the UK
