Would you like to become part of a growing team of professionals with a global leader in its industry? Our client is wholly owned by its employees which means that you will directly share in the responsibilities and rewards of its success. This vacancy currently exists for someone who can assist in the design, winning and delivery of services to blue chip clients. Joining an existing team, you will be expected to undertake fieldwork as a Lead Field Engineer, being responsible for all aspects of field data collection. This position is primarily in support of UK clients but support to international projects is required from time to time. This role requires you to have good experience of design, planning and delivery of contaminated land desk studies, site investigations, risk assessment methodologies and remediation projects. A good understanding of current UK environmental regulation is essential. Excellent computer and report writing skills are expected, and you will also need to demonstrate a track record in the preparation of high quality oral and written communications. In addition to this experience, you are likely to have a Masters Degree or equivalent in a suitable discipline and an excellent understanding of UK contaminated land legislation and processes. A UK driving licence is also essential.
