Tetra Tech EM Inc., a subsidiary of Tetra Tech, is currently seeking a Senior Climate Change Consultant to work in our Reston, VA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting international climate change projects. This support will involve assessing climate change impacts on agriculture in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia and in recommending adaptation strategies. The candidate will participate in international conference calls which may fall outside of normal business hours, and must be able to work in an environment with team members located around the world. The candidate will help develop and conduct workshops on climate change adaptation. Job Requirements : The candidate should have at least 20 years of technical experience supporting international projects. The experience should include:
A master's degree is required, but a Ph.D. is preferred. Acceptable degrees include economics, engineering, or agriculture. This job will require international travel on a regular basis.
