My Client is a leading development company for renewable energy projects in Europe. They specialize in developing, operating and investing in renewable energy. They are now looking to recruit a senior project development manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Identification, appraisal and negotiation of investment opportunities, assessing financial viability of the projects through to financing
- Perform due diligence of potential investments, assessing authorisation, permitting, investment and grid connection costs, development fee, structuring transactions, IRR analysis through financial models
- Oversee the whole project cycle, from development stage, project authorisation, negotiations of the terms of the loan with major Italian and foreign banks, construction, to operating through EPC and PPA contracts.
- Prepared concept design and layout and detailed platform
- Supervise structural design including support frame for plant
- Scheduling, planning and coordinating with cross functional project teams
- Coordinate with project financing team to oversee financial modeling for biogas projects.
- Inspection and finalizing of biogas plant sites after consultation and through study of geographical advantages
- Design reviews
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors
- Must have 10 year of experience with a proven track record in energy power plants industrusty and/or project development( biogas experience desired)
- Must be able to live and work in Europe and willing to travel to meet clients
- Must speak fluent English and Italian
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent commercial experience
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Project and time management skills
